Is this a permanent job?
No. The Talent Network is not an employment offer. It is a curated network of Data specialists who may be considered for selected missions with European organizations. Engagement terms are discussed on a mission-by-mission basis.
Is there an open position right now?
The Talent Network is not a job board. We build talent pools ahead of need, so that when a relevant mission opens we can turn to verified profiles first. Joining does not depend on a current vacancy.
Where are opportunities located?
Opportunities come from organizations operating in Europe. Depending on the mission, work may be remote, hybrid or on site. Location and working arrangements are specified for each opportunity.
How long does the application take?
About 4 minutes. Five short steps: who you are, your experience, your main skills with a level, languages and availability, then a review before sending. No account creation is required.
Why do you ask for skill levels?
So that DSB practitioners can prepare your review from what you actually do, rather than guess from a CV. Levels are self-declared and discussed during the screening call; nothing is verified automatically.
Who reviews my application?
DSB Talent Operations and Data practitioners. Automation helps us organize and prepare the review; people read every application and make every decision about progression.
What happens after I apply?
Your profile is reviewed against the relevant talent pool. Selected profiles are invited to a human screening call, and an assessment may follow. Profiles that complete the process may become DSB Verified. Submitting an application does not by itself make you DSB Verified, and not every application progresses.
What happens to my information?
The information you share is used to assess your profile and to contact you about relevant opportunities. Detailed rules on retention, access and deletion will be set out in the DSB Privacy Notice, which will be provided with the application form.
